TERMSBy hiring my work, the client agrees to the terms of use and the development process of the artwork.DEADLINESThe delivery time for the contracted artwork ranges between 1 and 2 months. This period may be adjusted to be longer or shorter depending on the complexity, quantity, and queue of ongoing work.PRICESThe prices of the pieces are always listed in USD.The base price disclosed may change depending on the complexity of the design, props, themes and details requested in the piece.For the production of NSFW pieces, there is an additional charge, which will be informed and agreed upon at the time of the artwork contract.PAYMENTThe client is aware that I only accept payment from personal accounts and do not accept payment from commercial accounts.Payment is made exclusively through the PayPal platform and must be completed before starting the contracted piece (payment plans are available).The accepted currencies for payment are USD or EUR.CREATIONS STAGESThe client is aware that there will be creation stages requiring their approvals to proceed to the next phase of the artwork.Phase 1 - Sketch

Phase 3 - Base colorsUSAGE RIGHTSThe client of the artwork is aware that they have permission to republish the artwork and use it as a reference, provided they always give proper credit to the artist (Artwork by @FehNeco).The artworks produced are exclusively for personal use and may be used in posts, profile pictures, and banners (X, BlueSky, Cara, etc.), and are prohibited from being used for commercial/promotional purposes. If the client is interested in using the piece on profit-generating platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Thumbnails, etc.), please notify me, and we will evaluate a different price for commercial usage rights.The artist retains the right to reuse discarded sketches in other artworks and personal files, as well as to post the finished pieces on their media (X, BlueSky, Cara, etc.), always crediting the client. If you do not wish to be tagged or do not want your commission published, please inform me at the time of the artwork contract.The artist retains all rights reserved, including the right to post on private media (Patreon, etc), manufacture/sell prints, or any other accessory/format that allows the monetization of the artwork.The artist owns the rights to the original artwork.REFUNDSIf a refund is necessary, the client is aware of the refund conditions.100% Of the paid amount if the refund request is before starting the artwork.
60% Of the amount if the refund request is made after the artwork has been started but during the sketch phase.
0% Of the amount if the request is made after the artwork is completed.GENERALThe artist reserves the right to refuse any commission if they believe it may expose them to any kind of discomfort and/or trigger.

Make sure you have credit or tag me pls.Please do not use my art for commercial purposes unless you have paid for commercial use of it.I don't have a public queue so i can't manage this well yet, but you can always ask me about the progress of your art, i have telegram, discord and twitter/x dms.Please be patient with me, my adhd attacks me mostly in memory then i may forget to give updates (but it doesn't mean that i have forgotten about your art or i'm not working on it, it just may take a long time to give updates due to my condition).
